At Treefort Music Festival, I started as a Venue Manager, overseeing daily operations for assigned festival venues. I coordinated artist load-ins and load-outs, managed stage schedules, communicated with production teams, and served as the main point of contact for artists, crews, and venue staff. After one year, I was promoted to Venue Zone Manager, where I now oversee 5–6 venues, including 500+ capacity spaces and sold-out shows for artists like Marc Maron and Tig Notaro.

I was responsible for advancing shows remotely, coordinating logistics with venues and promoters, and supporting the Tour Manager with day-to-day operations. I managed travel arrangements, hospitality details, and schedules to ensure smoothexecution at each show. I also served as a point of contact for venue staff and local crews, helping to solve problems quickly and keep the tour on track.

Managed three SXSW showcases at Mala Fama Rooftop Club. Oversaw full production including artist advancing, backline ordering, stage set-up & breakdown, artist load-in & load-out, staff & volunteer management, and full show run.
